By accessing or using solutionshortcut.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (together, the “Agreement”). If you don’t agree, do not use the Site.
- The Site targets a U.S. audience but is operated from India.
- We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
2) Who may use the Site
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your local law requires).
- If you are between 13–18, use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Site.

12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solution Shortcut and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100 (or INR equivalent).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solution Shortcut from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of this Agreement or any law.
14) Changes, suspension & termination
We may modify the Site, remove content, or suspend/terminate access at any time with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, arbitration) shall survive termination.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (India)
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration is New Delhi, India, and the language shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Court Jurisdiction (Interim Relief & Enforcement). Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction for (a) applications for interim or injunctive relief (including under Section 9 of the Act), and (b) recognition/enforcement or setting aside of awards.
No Class or Representative Actions. Proceedings must be brought in your individual capacity; class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
Time Limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
Governing Language. These Terms are drafted in English, which shall control for all purposes.

16) International use
We operate from India and do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available in every location. You’re responsible for compliance with local laws where you use the Site. Some rights (e.g., U.S. state privacy rights) may apply regardless of these Terms; see our Privacy Policy.
17) Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
18) Entire agreement; severability; waiver
